Covington, Louisiana · A Caserta family company since 1969
Landscaping in Covington, and the tree crew that comes with it
Caserta's Land Services is a full-service tree, landscaping, and property maintenance company on the Northshore. Certified arborists work the trees. The same crews plan the beds, lay the sod, clear the lot, and set the irrigation — then leave the place cleaner than they found it.

Services
Every service on the landscaping in Covington list

Tree work
Certified arborists on residential and commercial tree needs, plus the stump trade the company was built on.
- Tree trimming Thin and shape what has grown into the roof line, the drive, or the property line. Free estimate
- Pruning and removal Save what can be saved. Take the rest down in pieces, over whatever you care about. Free estimate
- Canopy lifting Raise the low limbs so light reaches the lawn and a truck can pass underneath. Free estimate
- General tree care Regular eyes on the trees you intend to keep, from the crew that already knows them. Free estimate
- Stump removal and grinding The original trade, from 1969. Grind the stump out so a bed or sod can close over it. Free estimate
- Emergency tree services A limb on the roof at midnight is a phone call, not an appointment. Same number, any hour. Call now
Landscaping
Plan it, plant it, and keep it — so a new yard still reads finished two summers later.
- Landscape planning and design Beds, trees, and shrubs laid out for the lot you actually have, sun and drainage included. Free estimate
- Landscape installation and maintenance The planting crew and the upkeep crew are the same company, so nothing slides back to weeds. Free estimate
- Tree and shrub fertilization Feed what you paid to plant. Mature shade trees get the same attention as new shrubs. Free estimate
- Sod sales and installation Sod sold and laid by one outfit, so nobody is arguing about who prepped the ground. Free estimate
- Commercial-scale planting Office fronts, subdivisions, and parish properties planted on a commercial schedule. Free estimate
Ground and water
Opening a lot up, and keeping what you plant on it alive through a Louisiana summer.
- Land clearing Cut, chip, and haul so a house pad, a shop, or a fence line can finally see the lot. Free estimate
- Irrigation system installation Zones set for the beds and the turf, because August here does not negotiate. Free estimate
One shop covers the whole list, which is the practical reason people keep calling: the arborist who topped your pine is on the same schedule as the crew laying your sod, and nobody has to coordinate two contractors across one driveway. If your job spans two of the groups above, say so on the phone and it gets quoted as one job.
24-hour emergency
Tree on the house? Call first, sort the rest later.
Caserta's runs 24-hour emergency tree services for the Northshore. Storm limbs, split trunks, and blocked drives get the same certified arborists who handle the scheduled work — you are not being handed to a subcontractor at 2 a.m.
Who you are calling
Two schoolteachers, one stump grinder, 1969
In 1969, brothers Ronald and Donald Caserta bought a single stump grinder. They were teachers in Covington, Louisiana, and the machine was meant to supplement a teacher's income while serving their own hometown. It did both, and it kept doing both long enough to turn into a company.
Today the business belongs to the next generation: Ronald's son Joey and Donald's son David own and operate it. The stump work is still on the menu, joined by certified-arborist tree care and full-service landscaping and property maintenance for homes and commercial properties across St. Tammany Parish.
Family ownership shows up in small, checkable ways. Customers write about crews that arrive when they said they would, price the job fairly, and talk through the scope before a saw starts. One homeowner had an electric dog fence and an irrigation pipe nicked during a job; Caserta's repaired both at their own expense rather than argue about it.
That is the standard the shop advertises and the one reviewers keep repeating — leave the property looking better than it looked on arrival. If you want a free estimate, or you need a tree handled tonight, it is the same Covington phone number either way.

Reviews
What Northshore customers have written
Quoted word for word from Caserta's own published reviews. No star graphics have been added, because a star rating is not something a mockup gets to invent.
“I highly recommend Caserta Tree Service. They communicated well, the crew was professional and respectful and they worked efficiently and with great care. My electric dog fence and irrigation pipe were accidentally damaged which they quickly repaired at their expense. David, Scott, and Mike were a pleasure to work with. You can’t go wrong with Caserta.”

Questions
What people ask before they book
The short answers are here. For anything about your own property — what it will cost, when a crew can get there, whether a tree can be saved — call the shop and ask. Estimates are free.
What does Caserta's Land Services do?
It is a full-service residential and commercial landscaping and property maintenance company. That covers tree trimming, pruning and removal, canopy lifting, stump removal and grinding, land clearing, general tree care, landscape planning and design, landscape installation and maintenance, tree and shrub fertilization, sod sales and installation, commercial-scale planting, irrigation system installation, and 24-hour emergency tree services.
Where do you work?
Caserta's is based in Covington, Louisiana, and serves the Northshore, St. Tammany Parish, and the surrounding areas.
How long have you been in business?
Since 1969, when brothers Ronald and Donald Caserta started stump grinding while teaching in Covington. Joey and David Caserta own and operate the company today.
Are the tree crews certified arborists?
Yes. Certified arborists handle residential and commercial tree needs, including trimming, pruning, removal, canopy lifting, stump work, and general tree care.
Do you take emergency tree calls?
Yes — 24-hour emergency tree services. Call (985) 892-7886 and describe what is down and what it is resting on.
Can you grind the stump after a removal?
Yes. Stump removal and grinding is a listed service and the trade the company started with, so ask for it in the same quote as the removal.
Do you sell sod, or only install it?
Both. Sod sales and installation are listed together, alongside landscape installation and maintenance.
Do you install irrigation with a new landscape?
Yes. Irrigation system installation is part of the landscaping side, which is why new beds and new sod can be planned around the water they will need.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes. Residential and commercial tree work, landscaping, property maintenance, and commercial-scale planting are all on the service list.
How do I get a free estimate, and who will I be dealing with?
Call (985) 892-7886 or fill in the estimate form below — note that the form on this mockup does not send. Joey and David Caserta own the shop, and reviewers have also named crew members David, Scott, and Mike.
